Science for a Healthier Tomorrow

Nutritious News follows nutrition, weight-regulation, appetite, exercise, food-environment, and metabolic-health research, and reports what the evidence actually shows — including how strong it is, what it doesn’t show, and whether it changes anything a reader should do.
We created Nutritious News because we saw how difficult it has become to separate useful health information from noise. Every day, new studies, bold promises, andcontradictory headlines compete for attention. People deserve more than another trend or quick fix; they deserve context, clarity, and reasons to feel confident in thechoices they make.
There are important scientific discoveries that reached beyond a single paper. Nutrition, weight management, healthy aging, movement, sleep, and prevention are deeply connected, and the public needs a broader place to understand them. Nutritious News was built to be that place.
We read beyond the headline, translate research into plain language, and explain what findings may mean in real life. We are optimistic about the power of better information, but clear-eyed about the limits of science.
Our goal is simple: help people feel informed, encouraged, and equipped to make healthier decisions—one trustworthy story at a time.To make the latest nutrition, health, and weight-management science clear, credible, and useful for everyday life.
We work towards a future where every person can confidently access trustworthy health journalism and use science, not confusion or hype, to build a healthier life.
How we produce articles
Articles on this site are researched, drafted, and checked with the assistance of AI systems, under the supervision of the publisher. Every article is built from primary sources — the underlying paper, trial registration, or official record — which we link to so you can read them yourself.
Numbers and claims are independently re-checked against the cited sources before publication. If we cannot verify a claim, we do not publish it as fact.
Corrections
If you believe we got something wrong, tell us through the contact form below. We correct material errors visibly: the article is edited, and a dated correction note describing what changed is added to it. We may withdraw an article while investigating a serious error. We do not delete the correction trail for published misinformation.
Contact/Corrections:
Sources
We link primary sources. We report study design, sample size, comparison groups, effect sizes, and absolute risk — not just whether a result was “significant.”
Responsibility
Association is not causation, and we say so in the headline and excerpt, not just the fine print.
Preliminary evidence (preprints, conference abstracts, animal studies) is labeled as such.
Trust
Caveats appear next to the claims they qualify — not buried at the end.
We do not publish miracle cures, guarantees, fear tactics, or “one study overturns everything” stories.
